Eddie Goepp, CFP® is a Senior Investment Advisor for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) and also a member of CIA’s Investment Committee. He works directly with clients creating individualized portfolios that are tailored toward their specific needs. He has been a part of the Capital Companies family for over 10 years most recently serving as COO and lead Investment Advisor at Wela Strategies. He has always been driven by the desire to provide independent, research-driven investment strategies and financial advice to individuals and families alike. Backed by almost 20 years in the financial services industry, he served as a valuable resource to his clients and the Wela team. As COO, Eddie managed the day-to-day operations of the firm. This ranged from investment management and research, advisor training, trading/rebalancing and carrying out the strategic initiatives of the Wela platform.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at CIA, Eddie focuses on matching investment and financial planning strategies to the specific goals of his clients and then advises them on asset allocation decisions, portfolio design, and investment implementation. He takes pride in his role serving as fiduciary to his clients.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Eddie now lives in Brookhaven with his wife, Rebecca, two sons, Ward and McNeill, and their golden retriever, EB. During his free time, he enjoys golf, Georgia football, Braves baseball, and spending time with friends and family.
