Tanner Sterk is an Investment Advisor at Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in the Denver, CO office. Tanner is passionate about helping families and young professionals define and work towards their goals while helping them build a plan that helps families feel confident about their future.
Tanner joined the military out of high school and spent 6 years in the Army National Guard as a Motor Transport Operator. In his hometown in Mitchell, South Dakota Tanner completed his AAS degree in Satellite Communications. He subsequently moved to Colorado in 2013 to start his career in telecommunications while completing his bachelor’s degree in business management at Colorado State University – Global Campus. Upon graduation, Tanner started his career as a financial advisor in 2019.
Tanner lives in Littleton, CO with his daughter, Eva. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. Tanner also enjoys golfing, camping, spending time with friends, and everything sports, especially the Minnesota Vikings!
