Clara O’Neil is the Business Development Operations Assistant for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in our Atlanta office. In this role, she coordinates inventory and supports our business development team across multiple locations, making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Clara is originally from Dallas, TX and graduated from Baylor University. Prior to joining CIA she started her career as a 6th-grade math teacher before transitioning into operations.

Clara now resides in Smyrna and outside of work, she loves anything social including planning trips, trying new restaurants, and doing DIY projects and crafts. She also enjoys workout classes, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends, family, and her golden retriever, Mabel!
