Mick Duzel, AWMA®, CRPC™, MBA

Mick Duzel is an Investment Advisor at Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in our Tampa office. What he enjoys most is helping clients discover what they want their retirement to look like, then building a customized investment portfolio around their needs, goals, and the lifestyle they envision.

Born in Europe and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Mick now proudly calls Tampa home. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida and later completed his MBA at Liberty University. He began his career at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, serving clients across the Tampa community, and earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ (AWMA®) designations along the way.

When he’s not working with clients, Mick is usually staying active or planning his next adventure. He and his wife, Jenny, love exploring the world together, from Egypt and South Africa to Japan and all across Europe. At home, they’re proud parents to Archie, their 6-year-old goldendoodle. Mick is also a devoted sports fan, cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, the UCF Knights, and Chelsea FC.
