About
Megan O’Rourke is the People Operations Manager for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in our Atlanta office. In this role, she works closely with the People Operations team to ensure processes are running smoothly and the culture of our company is withheld.
Originally from Connecticut, Megan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut. Megan is also a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). After completing her studies, she made the move to Georgia and currently resides in Mableton with her husband Patrick and their dog, Leica.
In her free time, Megan enjoys reading books, listening to music, exploring local coffee shops and bookstores, baking, spending quality time with her friends and family, and going for walks with her dog, Leica.
