Inessa Loyevska, CPA

Inessa Loyevska is a Controller for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in the Atlanta office. Her role is to oversee all the accounting operations of the Company and its subsidiaries, including financial reporting, cash and expense management, budgeting, payroll, etc. She ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial operations.  

Inessa graduated from Georgia State University in 2012 with a B.A. in Accounting and in 2015 with a Master of Science in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed CPA. 

Prior to joining CIA, Inessa worked in a private real estate investment firm focused on senior living and care and was promoted to a Corporate Controller role within the company. 

Inessa was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. She moved directly to Atlanta in 2001. Inessa currently resides in the Alpharetta area. In her free time, Inessa enjoys spending time with her son Magnus, husband Pavel, and cats Astrid and Luna. She also enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, travelling, and spending time with friends.
