Hannah Kaplan is the Director of People Operations for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA). She oversees all aspects of the Team Member experience and partners with our leaders to align people and culture goals to Firm vision and strategy.
Hannah attended the University of Georgia where she studied Journalism and Mass Communication. Prior to CIA, she led talent acquisition programs and strategic HR projects at an Atlanta-based consultancy.
In her spare time, you can catch Hannah trying new recipes or enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
