About
Hailey Prochaska is an Operations Associate for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in our Phoenix office. She works closely with the Operations team to ensure that our day-to-day processes are running smoothly and helping our families work towards a happy retirement.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Hailey attended Washington State University with a focus in Business Management and is currently continuing her education. She now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining CIA, Hailey built her career in customer service and operations across several roles, most recently serving in a customer service position at The Keg Steakhouse.
In her free time, Hailey is passionate about cooking at home and for others and enjoys movie nights or reading by the pool. She's heavily involved in the fitness world, focusing on lifting, outdoor activities like hiking and skiing, and overall health and nutrition. Hailey loves trying new restaurants and spots around the area. She is a devoted fan of the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Kraken, and since moving to Arizona, has adopted the Arizona Diamondbacks as her local baseball team!
