Betsy Carr is a Client Service Manager and the Operations Mid-Lead at Capital Investment Advisors (CIA), where she plays a key role in supporting both clients and the Operations Team. Since joining the Capital family in 2018, Betsy has focused on delivering a seamless and responsive client experience. She works closely with individuals and families to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing maintenance of their financial accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout their investment journey.
Originally from Roswell, Georgia, Betsy is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas and a loyal Jayhawk. She now lives in Atlanta with her husband, Charlie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the city, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
