About
Betsy Carr is a Client Service Manager and Sr. Operations Lead at Capital Investment Advisors (CIA), where she supports both clients and the Operations Team. Since joining the Capital family in 2018, Betsy has focused on delivering a consistent, responsive client experience. She works closely with individuals and families to help ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing care of their accounts, serving as a primary point of contact throughout their investment journey.
Originally from Roswell, Georgia, Betsy is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas and a loyal Jayhawk. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, Charlie, and their son, Teddy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the city, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
