About

Meet Alyse

Alyse Athans is the Director of Client Experience for Capital Investment Advisors (CIA) in our Denver location. In this role, she works to advance CIA’s ongoing efforts to put happiness at the center of every client interaction. With over a decade of financial services experience at Charles Schwab and Goldman Sachs, Alyse brings deep expertise in client experience design, needs-based segmentation, and transformation initiatives. She is excited to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to enhance and differentiate CIA’s client value proposition and bring this shared vision to life.

Alyse holds an MBA with Honors and a Master’s in Social Service Administration (MA) from the University of Chicago, where she gained hands-on experience with strategy and behavioral frameworks, participated in the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps Site Program, and received the Booth School of Business’ Breslauer Social Impact Award. She also holds a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Alyse now lives in Denver, CO, with her partner, Steve, and their dog Moxie. When Alyse is not working, you can find her listening to audiobooks while strolling along the Cherry Creek Trail or spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves traveling and playing games, especially Parcheesi and Euchre.
