Capital Investment Advisors Announces Office Expansion At Sandy Springs Tower

Capital Investment Advisors was recently highlighted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle announcing an office move to Sandy Springs Tower by Q4 2018.

As shared by Commercial Real Estate editor Douglas Sams, Capital Investment Advisors is expanding into the top floor of Sandy Springs’ 10 Glenlake North Tower.

The firm is making a major change to its office environment. It’s leaving a two-story building at 200 Sandy Springs Place where it’s been for more than 15 years. It will lease 26,500 square feet at 10 Glenlake. The new space will offer room for Capital and it’s complimenting companies to grow to at least 60 employees by 2020.

Mitch Reiner, COO and partner of Capital Investment Advisors, said the new space reflects amenities that are important to clients. Wes Moss, chief investment strategist, said 10 Glenlake accommodated the firm’s rapid growth.

“But, we’ve never wanted our space to look like we have this big Wall Street client base,” he said. “We want this new space to be accessible and warm — no big mahogany desks.”

The company plans to move from its current location at Sandy Springs Place off Roswell Road by the end of the year.

Capital Investment Advisors was represented in the transaction by Josh Hirsh and Brannan Moss with Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord was represented by John Grimsley and Mike Wells with Highwoods Properties.

Architecture firm Hendrick will design and build-out the new space.
