The firm, which opened in 2009, offers a myriad of tax and accounting services that will complement the investment and financial planning services of Capital Investment Advisors. With the acquisition, Barron Barnes, the previous owner and CEO of Capital Accounting & Tax, will join the team at Capital Investment Advisor’s to lead the accounting and tax division.
