Retirement Planning – General Investment Question

Q:  I am almost 66 and my wife is 69. We are both retired and on Social Security. Our retirement income is about $55,000 annually. We have about $75,000 in the bank (checking and money market) and about $173,000 in TSP. We want to invest in some income producing instruments like ETFs and blue chip dividend producing stocks and bonds. We also have a small IRA Vanguard 500, and Invesco Charter AIM totaling $80,000. What do you suggest?

A: I will try to give you a call this afternoon but if we miss each other please feel free to give us a call to set up a free one hour consultation.  We are more than happy to help you. I just need a bit more information before I can give out specific investment recommendations.
